Yet another case to convince live music is the ultimate form of experience, indie alternative pop band Transviolet left me incredibly impressed on a Thursday night. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the band’s studio work (quite the opposite in fact, it’s great) but the amount of energy and emotion given by the band and singer Sarah McTaggart was a big welcome surprise to me. Transviolet rocked a small-ish intimate crowd including lots of teenagers, and a nine year old boy’s first concert ever. The hour and 15 minute or so long set felt like it went by super fast, leaving me wondering “that’s it?” and wanting more.
Please come back soon!
