The Constellation Room in Santa Ana, CA

Illinois rockers The Orwells played to a sold out Santa Ana crowd, appeasing a rowdy (and mostly teenage) audience with both new and old material.  As per usual with an Orwells show, singer Mario Cuomo interacted with the audience via tactics such as hair pulling, kissing, and crowd surfing.  The band played songs from albums such as Disgraceland and Remember When, but also performed several previously unheard songs.  Support came from Criminal Hygiene and No Parents, both Los Angeles based.
