The Arctic Monkeys hit the SDSU Cal Coast Open Air Theatre for a jam-packed show complete with hip swaying, girl screaming, fist pumping action.  Admitedly, I hadn’t caught the band since 2006 but after seeing them this night I wish I would have.  These guys absolutely know how to put on an excellent show and it’s obvious that each and every move by frontman Alex Turner is calculated and designed to get a rise of the crowd.  The audience was on their toes the entire night, never missing a beat especially when they played older hits like “Dancing Shoes” and “I Bet That You Look Good On The Dance Floor.”  I for one will be keeping tabs on Arctic Monkeys from now on and you should too!  Dates are here.
