The Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles, CA

The Dig are on tour with The We Shared Milk and were kind enough to stop by Los Angeles.  The night they played at The Bootleg Theater  was the only non-headlining date on their whole tour.  They made it up to everyone by providing excellent support for Here We Go Magic.  We really can’t complain since we kept The Dig to ourselves all summer for the residency they did at the Silverlake Lounge. The Dig hands down is one of the best bands to have graced my ear this year.  Their distinct sound marked by dual vocals by David Baldwin and Emile Mosseri, matched by their crisp guitars, and accompanied by Erick Eiser’s synth/keys along with Mark Demiglio is a combination that is just right.  The Dig’s music is perfect and I dare you to not like it.  You can get their latest release Midnight Flowers here.  If you prefer the live music introduction check out the rest of their tour dates here.  Here’s to hoping The Dig make it back out to LA soon!
